Fear

What is Fear ? This is my translation :)


Feel
Everything
And
Roar

According to the dictionary this is what the believe it is
An unpleasant emotion caused by the belief that someone or something is dangerous, likely to cause pain, or a threat.
We all need strategies to concor this emotion.


Strategies:
Anxiety is something that focuses on the future
Anxiety gaps : Present moment no result of fear


Yes I can experience by default is the lesson.


What is in the way is the Way !!
If a situation makes you feel uncomfortable FACE IT.
Focus
Aggresively
Concor &
Execute


Unless you don't FACE the FEAR you will not be able to tackle the Fear.
When you go AGAINST anything people will laugh at you , go with the flow and people will laugh with you.


Allow
Growth
Align
It
Now
Stronger &
Truthful


A good orator speaks with the ears because you not only speak to the ears you speak to the mind. Share your truth . I am a soul and I connect with God. 
Having faith with the intellect. When I connect with energy the intellect becomes full of DEVINE energy. Surrender your mind with the intellect.


What you need will jump at you. Fear creates monsters. Where the unknown is Spirituality is high due to Fear. It's OK to be out of your comfort zone. Once you decide to step out of your comfort zone obstacles get bigger and it's a sign of progress.


 There are three FEAR Struck Emotional States:
1.Shock
2.Anger
3. Acceptance


Learn to protect your consciousness they way you can is out of stillness. When you are FEAR struck you cannot connect to God. Illusion of control does not apply. Being open to change ,Being still remember whatever is in the way is the way. 
Avoidance
Retreat - Engage Learning that happens. 


The Art of Awareness / Sustained Awareness is required.
